Tom Garbati Builders replaced our home's roof almost two years ago. Based on being located close to the water, he did not recommend the cheapest shingles just to get the job, but the shingles that were best for heavier winds and larger storms. His price was more than fair. His team of workers were professional in every way, and they rarely took breaks. Job was finished quickly, and our property was left spotless after they left. Fast forward two years to today, after heavy winds and even heavier rain, our roof had no problems whatsoever, but we had a few gutters that did come loose. Tom Garbati Builders did not install the existing gutters, but I called him to come take a look to see what it would cost to repair the gutters. He sent two great guys over the next day who not only fixed the broken brackets that snapped, but they also checked the other gutters to make sure there was not going to be any future problems. He did not charge us for the repairs as he explained that once we were a client of his, he wanted to show his appreciation for trusting him with our roofing business by helping us out with the small, but important repair. Highly recommend this company and Tom as the owner!
