Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had the pleasure of working with Thomas Garbati for a roofing project, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They expertly replaced our asphalt shingle roof and EPDM roof over the garage, and the whole experience was top-notch.

What stood out was their professionalism: they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the project at a fair price. The attention to detail was impressive – when they finished, it was like they were never there, except for the beautiful new roof!

Tom Jr. did an outstanding job managing the process, handling minor adjustments with unforeseen conditions with fairness and transparency. His approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Thomas Garbati for anyone looking for reliable, quality roofing services. They delivered exactly what they promised – great work, great communication, and a great price!

I can't say enough. They did a great job on replacing my roof and gutters. Roofers and dumpster arrived on Thurs. Gutters were done on Friday and dumpster was picked up right after gutters were completed. My property was left clean. I am very impressed by this company and the crew they employ.

They replaced it in one day and were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Their clean-up of the grounds was also top notch! I highly recommended them if you’re in need of a new roof.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tom Garbati Builders replaced our home's roof almost two years ago. Based on being located close to the water, he did not recommend the cheapest shingles just to get the job, but the shingles that were best for heavier winds and larger storms. His price was more than fair. His team of workers were professional in every way, and they rarely took breaks. Job was finished quickly, and our property was left spotless after they left.

Fast forward two years to today, after heavy winds and even heavier rain, our roof had no problems whatsoever, but we had a few gutters that did come loose.
Tom Garbati Builders did not install the existing gutters, but I called him to come take a look to see what it would cost to repair the gutters.
He sent two great guys over the next day who not only fixed the broken brackets that snapped, but they also checked the other gutters to make sure there was not going to be any future problems. He did not charge us for the repairs as he explained that once we were a client of his, he wanted to show his appreciation for trusting him with our roofing business by helping us out with the small, but important repair.

Highly recommend this company and Tom as the owner!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a roof done on a home and Waterford on short notice. The team did an amazing job and we highly recommend them! We also had the gutters replaced to 6-in commercial style which came out great as well.

The price was fair, up front on all expenses and we knew exactly what we were getting.

Communication was smooth and showed up as expected.
