We’ve used this company on two separate occasions, once to replace our roof and then again to replace our windows and install vinyl siding. We were very pleased with the reasonable cost and the quality of workmanship. I recommend them often.

Tom and his crew have done an amazing job on my home, which was damaged by a flood. Tom came out and immediately quoted the job. He and his crew understood the inconvenience of losing some rooms in our home and the interruption reconstructing them causes. They worked around our schedule, calling several days in advance to let us know when subcontractors would arrive to complete work. The work is done well, and there has been excellent followthrough. I would highly recommend Tom Garbati builders to anyone needing home repairs, renovations, or a custom build!
The roofing was done very quickly (one day), the site was left clean and the dumpster was removed a day later. The price was as quoted and there were no additional charges. I was very pleased!!

These guys came early, stripped my roof, put new sheathing down and then the layer of shingles. They were done by the time I came home from work.
